1. Acceptance of these terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Aria iOS application ("Aria," "the app," "our service") you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Subscription terms

• Weekly: auto-renewing $9.99 USD per week.
• Annual: auto-renewing $49.99 USD per year.
• Free trial: new subscribers receive a 3-day free trial. The trial converts to a paid subscription unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends.
• Cancellation: cancel any time via iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
• Refunds: Aria does not issue refunds directly. Refund requests must be filed with Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Pricing: prices are in U.S. dollars and may be converted to your local currency by Apple at the time of purchase.

3. AI-generated content disclaimer

Aria uses AI-generated content for inspirational and reflective purposes only. It is not medical advice, mental health treatment, financial advice, legal advice, or a substitute for professional services. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, contact a qualified professional or your local emergency services.

Aria's prompts and affirmations are generated by large language models. They may contain inaccuracies, may not be appropriate for every situation, and should not be relied on to make important life decisions.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Aria for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable laws.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the app.
• Interfere with, scrape, or abuse our backend infrastructure.
• Use Aria to harm yourself or others, or to harass any person.

5. Intellectual property

The Aria application — including its visual design, code, copy, and generated default content — is the intellectual property of Aria. You own anything you write in your journal entries; we have no claim to your journal content, and it is processed only as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aria's total liability for any claim arising out of your use of the service is limited to the total subscription fees you paid to Aria in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event will Aria be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

Aria is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Istanbul, Türkiye.

8. Termination

You may stop using Aria at any time by uninstalling the app and cancelling your subscription. We may terminate or suspend your access at any time, with or without notice, for any breach of these Terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available at our hosted Terms URL. Material changes will be surfaced in app release notes.
